This proposal is valid for the details as listed above. Should the number of delegates/ rooms or a change in dates occur, we reserve the right to alter the rates.

Payment conditions depends on choice of hotels however here are some guidelines: - Upon confirmation a 30% / 35% non-refundable deposit is required. 

A further 50% / 60% deposit is required 60 days prior to the arrival of the group. Final balance is required upon receipt of our invoice after the departure of the group. Some hotels do ask for full payment prior to arrival.

A contract will be forwarded with all conditions of payments and cancellations upon confirmation of the group.

 

INSURANCE POLICY:

 

A.von Brockdorff Services Ltd is duly covered by an insurance policy for Destination Management Companies. A copy of the cover note and renewal can be sent upon request.

 

 

A.von Brockdorff Services Ltd Conference & Incentive department is the proud holder of the Quality Assured certificate issued by the Malta Tourism Authority that recognizes high standard of service & professionalism in this sector. This certificate is only granted to companies after rigorous checks by the same Authority to assure compliance with all criteria and verification that standards are adhered too.
