Terrone is a Mediterranean restaurant with a strong focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Their menu changes daily, reflecting the freshest available produce. While they prioritise local ingredients, when necessary, they source high-quality seasonal products from Sicily or mainland Italy. 

They are also committed to serving only wild, locally caught fish—they do not use frozen or farmed fish. Their philosophy is to respect and highlight the natural flavours of the ingredients. They avoid overpowering sauces, allowing the quality of the local Maltese fish and other seasonal produce to shine through. This means that certain dishes available today may not be on the menu in a month’s time, offering guests a truly authentic and ever-evolving dining experience.
